One last Christmas post and I'm FINALLY done!
We hosted Matt's family at our home on Christmas day, and as is the case every time we all get together, my stomach hurt from laughing by the end of the day. Games have always been a central part of our gatherings - and while that used to mean a few too many cocktails and staying up until 3 AM, we've toned things down a little (or a LOT) in recent years. We broke out a couple of new games this year, including jumping onn the "Pie Face!" bandwagon. I'm not sure what was funnier - watching someone get pied or watching them cringe in anticipation of whether or not the whipped cream would be their fate.
That grin!!
Disclaimer: These masks scared the pants off of a room full of toddlers at daycare the first day the boys wore them. Just imagine screaming, crying, tripping over themselves. I had no clue what was going on until one of the teachers started repeating "Its the masks! Its the masks!" HI-larious.
And really - why should the kiddos have all of the fun!?
